Michael Mastry:

Michael was born and raised in St. Petersburg FL and graduated from Florida State University with a major in Real Estate. While in college Michael was elected the President of the FSU Real Estate program and interned with JMC communities in St. Petersburg, FL, Galaxy Partners Brokerage in Atlanta, GA, and Lazzara Yacht Corporation in Tampa, FL.

During Michael's last year in College, he quickly became involved in the local Real Estate Market in Tallahassee, Florida. In 2004 he started the Company, Michael Mastry & Associates, a marketing Real Estate Company. The slogan was "Drive Less. Work Better. Play more."; and that is what Michael's clients did. Michael became well known as the icon realtor for selling the majority of all the "in town" new homes and home developments. By 2007 he became the # 1 new construction realtor in Tallahassee, FL.

In late 2008 Michael moved home to St. Petersburg, FL and re-launched Michael Mastry & Associates under the Smith & Associates Real Estate Firm in downtown St. Pete.

 Michael's professional experiences include:

- Owning multi family and single family Rental Properties

- Managing member of a partnership that purchased and redeveloped an 80,000 + S.F. office park. Comprised of tenants such as LabCorp, a Charter Middle School, Pediatria Health care for Kids, and multiple Government offices.

- Owns and manages The Red Chair Furniture Company, LLC, a furniture leasing & staging company.

 Michael's social experiences include:
